Be a part of the solar industry’s premier networking event this October. Bringing together the sector’s most influential decision makers for an evening of networking, socialising and entertainment at the nation’s one and only National Motor Cycle Museum.
Our dinner speaker for the evening is Former Labour MP Alan Simpson. During an illustrious and outspoken career in parliament Alan championed solar technology. Highlighted in 2007 when he supported the bill for the Clean Energy Cashback in the UK (FiT). As a passionate advocate of the environment Alan remains committed to seeing solar energy deployed more widely in the UK and working to break up the “cartel” of fossil fuel generators that appear to be governing UK energy policy. Alan’s views are often expressed in blogs for national newspapers and as the Climate Change consultant for Friends of the Earth continues to fight the good fight.
