Adrian studied planning at Manchester, quarrying at Doncaster and waste management at Leeds. He has over twenty years planning experience, particularly relating to minerals, waste and energy, and is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and the Chartered Institution of Waste Management and a fellow of the Institute of Quarrying. In April 2009 Adrian was employed by Cornwall Council as the Manager of the Natural Resources Planning Team. This Team was responsible for minerals, waste and energy planning throughout Cornwall and dealt with many planning applications for wind farms, solar farms and geothermal power stations.
Adrian’s role has recently changed to Planning Delivery Manager, responsible for facilitating the delivery of major projects throughout Cornwall.
