With 21 years experience in the social housing sector, (housing management, asset management and housing development), Derek’s main areas of responsibility are developing environmental sustainability policies including the implementation of a multimillion pound investment programme. He has also been developing and implementing future energy efficiency initiatives such as the feed in tariff , RHI and green deal. In addition to this he has helped achieving ISO14001 for the Group - the international environmental standard.
