Jonathan has worked for Wrexham Council for 4 years and has a background in performance management and service improvement. In 2008 he worked as a Consultant for SunGard Public Sector, working with Local Authorities across Wales on Performance Management development. More recently, as the council's Service Development Manager, Jonathan has project managed Wrexham's Solar PV installation project, which is the largest of its type in the UK. In August 2012 Jonathan was appointed as a service manager and is now responsible for a number of different service areas including carbon reduction and climate change across the Authority.
