Paul is a partner in the Construction and Regeneration Team at SGH Martineau LLP. He joined the firm of Martineau as a partner in 1998, and established the Construction Team the following year. Since that time, Paul has acted as lead legal adviser on numerous major projects in the education, energy and regeneration sectors and has recently drafted and negotiated turnkey engineering contracts and associated documents for the supply of energy through solar, gasification, onshore wind and anaerobic digestion technologies.
Paul also acts for a number of community associations and cooperatives, and is part of a team currently advising on the promotion of a major cooperative community heating project.
Paul is Vice-Chair of Midlands Environmental Business Company and Chair of the West Midlands May Day Business Leaders’ Group on Climate Change.
